Pictured above is the surgery at SHAH, Inc where all our aseptic, sterile surgery procedures are performed under general anesthesia. The patient is induced with IV (intravenous) anesthetics and pain medicines then intubated (the breathing tube is placed in the windpipe) and placed on Isoflurane gas anesthetic carried by oxygen. The monitor for ECG, pulse, core body temperature, respirations, oxygen saturation in the blood, and exhaled carbon dioxide is seen under the window. The precision gas anesthesia machine is seen on the extreme left of the picture.
